A 20 minute beautiful stroll takes you to shopping for hippie chic California beach style clothing, grocery store, pharmacy and across the street to the Malibu Country Mart for your every kind of dining and shopping experience.

The house is well kept and very clean
This place is incredible; if you're thinking about this place or somewhere else at the same price point, choose this one. The location is everything the pictures indicate; immediately adjacent to the ocean to the point as high(er) tide happens, it can roll up under the house, the crashing waves--everything you think it should be, it is. The house is well kept and very clean with everything you need; some sharper knives would have been nice, along with full size washer/dryer. The beds & furniture are very comfortable and the bedrooms span over all three floors, lots of privacy!

Truly a special place
Our stay was wonderful. The place is exactly as described and staring out at the waves is mesmerizing. The home was very open and comfortable to spend time in as a family. The rooms and beds were great. Truly a special place that we hope to return to. Sarah was our host and she made everything so easy in terms of providing instructions. She was great to work with!

Amazing stay on the beach
Amazing stay on the beach, my visit was during Christmas time and they had the whole house decorated for Christmas, which was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone with a group of people looking for a comfortable place to stay on the beach.

Wish we could've stayed longer
This is a great Malibu Road property, right on the ocean, spacious and stylishly decorated. the photos give a good and accurate representation of the property. the host was very helpful and responsive to make sure that everything worked well for us, including getting breakfast items in for us as our arrival was late. we (2 adults, 2 teenage kids) stayed for five nights and wished we could've stayed longer.

PERFECT Family Getaway
My review will not come close to capturing how exquisite this beach house is! House is beautiful with wonderful location on quiet beach! It was a great space for my family (4 adults). Very peaceful and exactly as pictured--clean and open. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main deck and master balcony were perfect for relaxing and watching the waves. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, plus outdoor grill was handy. Garage parking was a plus. Very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurants. House has more amenities than those listed. Check-in was easy. House instructions were provided, and communication with Sarah was great. Please note that house is multi-leveled, and guests must be able to navigate stairs. Highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you to owners and Sarah for sharing this fabulous house.
